RYA Diesel Engine Course

The aim of this course is to prevent machinery breakdown at sea. Volunteer Marine Rescue groups tell us that the main reasons for call outs to sail and powerboats is machinery failure.

If you do have mechanical problems this course will teach you how to get going again and how to use preventative maintenance to minimize problems at sea. Having diesel experience is a valuable addition to your skills and greatly enhances your value as a crew member.
