When you are the skipper, you are legally responsible for the boat and the crew. This Safety Checklist guides you through the mandatory requirements as well as other important safety considerations.
Use the checklist supplied or fill in the blank template. And as each State and Territory varies, we have included checklists from each state to help you decide what you need. When complete go through the checklist with your crew so they are aware of the safety requirements and can access and use all the equipment.
