Marine Radio Operators Certificate
This course will cover all facets of the Marine Radio Operators Certificate of Proficiency (MROCP). This certificate is required to operate a marine VHF (Very High Frequency) or HF (High Frequency) set as used on boats, both power and sail. VHF and HF radios are the only reliable forms of marine communications available and to use these radios a licence is required. The course will cover both licences.

How long is the course?
2 x 3 hour theory, including exam.
A Marine Radio Licence will be issued by the Office of Maritime Communications upon successful completion of the exam.
